Lock up your libraries if you like; but there is no gate, no lock, no bolt that you can set upon the freedom of my mind.

Interests:

My interests are often times as varied as my writing experience. First and foremost I enjoy reading. My favorite genres include memoirs, sic/fi, fantasy, horror as well as historical nonfictions and philosophical musings.

My top 5 favorite fiction books:

  • The Reapers are the Angels by Alden Bell

  • The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

  • The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

  • Brave New World by Aldous Huxley

  • The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson

  • Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury (I can count but 5 is just way too few!)

In my free time, I enjoy writing for fun. I enjoy writing science-fiction, fantasy and literary fiction as well as non-fiction blogs.

Beyond reading and writing, I enjoy staying active with yoga, walking, and running. I knit, listen to podcasts, watch TV, play with my cats and enjoy time with my family. I am often called a nerd for my not so secret Star Trek obsession.

In the summer after my fifth grade year, every Sunday morning, my father would open up the paper and circle all of the garage sales we would hit once he finished his coffee. We were never looking for anything in particular. We simply enjoyed browsing the discarded artifacts of other people’s lives. One day, I came across an antique typewriter that must have weighed half my body weight. They were only asking $5, so I laid out my crumpled money and took it home. I spent the rest of that summer clacking away on that old type writer. I wrote a story about a young girl who found a way to time travel through the use of her typewriter (wishful thinking I guess).

Many years later, I received my bachelor’s degree in English Literature and K-12 education followed by my Master’s Degree in Library and Information Sciences. I began my career as a teacher of English Language Arts and Writing before following my passion for writing as a best selling Ghostwriter. I am well versed in many styles of writing and my master’s degree has given me a solid foundation in research and organization.

I am a best selling ghostwriter with published works in fiction and non-fiction genres including romance, literary fiction, science-fiction, memoirs, self-help, business, and medicine. My Published non-fiction works have required in-depth content research on diverse subjects such as ecology, cardiology, technology, gaming, health, wellness and beauty to name a few. My published fiction works have gone on to receive both critical and commercial success.

My expertise includes content research, creative writing, business writing, and the ability to quickly assimilate content and project objectives and turn ideas into professional published works written with the client’s voice. I have an astute attention to detail that I will lend to your project in order to bring in to publication. I am strong project leader with fine-tuned analytical skills, seamless project management, excellent time management and innovative design and conceptualization capabilities.
